During our New Year stay, we were delighted with the comfort and amenities provided at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. We also appreciated the Yukata dress and traditional tea set provided in our room, which added a touch of authenticity to our experience. the onsen was a highlight, providing a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel's Japanese garden added a serene and picturesque atmosphere to our stay.
While our experience at the hotel was mostly positive, we did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. the location could have been more conveniently situated.

This hotel offers a pleasant stay with various amenities and comfortable facilities. the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet dinner and breakfast, including a traditional tea set and Yukata dress. the rooms are equipped with Futon sets for a traditional sleeping experience. the onsen provides a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, while the beautiful Japanese garden adds to the overall ambiance.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet options, and fantastic traditional Japanese tea set included in the room. the onsen is also a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of work. the hotel is well situated in a central location with easy access to local amenities.
The hotel appears to lack effective soundproofing measures, and the noise from other guests in the hotel halls can be quite disruptive to a business traveler. the room did not provide adequate heating and was uncomfortably cold at times.
